About the Role
We’re looking for a people-first, driven and curious HRBP Intern to join our HR Business Partnering team.
This internship gives you hands-on exposure to how HR partners with the business — from supporting employees and day-to-day people matters to onboarding, employee engagement, HR projects and people analytics.
You’ll work closely with our HRBPs and business teams, gaining practical experience in both the people and business sides of HR.
What You’ll Do:
Support HRBPs on day-to-day people and employee matters.
Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
Support employee engagement and internal communications initiatives.
Participate in HR and people-related projects across KFC & Pizza Hut.
Work with HR data and help prepare reports, dashboards and presentations.
Collaborate with different teams to understand their business and people needs.
Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documentation.
Contribute fresh ideas and suggestions to improve employee experience and HR processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
Organized, dependable and attentive to detail.
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and working with data.
Mature, responsible and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
A team player who is comfortable working with people across different levels of the organization.
