Position Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in executing SERVPRO Team Shaw’s talent and engagement strategy. This position partners closely with directors, managers, and senior leaders to foster a high-performing, compliant, and growth-oriented work environment.
The HRBP supports employee relations, retention, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. This role performs needs analysis to identify gaps and partners with leadership to design and implement effective solutions that align with business objectives and company culture.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, change management experience, and the ability to influence leaders in a fast-paced, growth driven organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resources Expertise:

Serves as subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to managers and directors

Implements change initiatives using proven change management techniques

Interpret and apply HR policies consistently across the organization

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Proactively improve organizational processes aligned with HR best practices

Identify trends and provide actionable insights to Senior Leaders
Relationship Management:

Facilitate difficult conversations and resolve escalated employee relation issues

Build consensus and guide decision-making on HR policies and practices

Strengthen leadership capability through partnership and support
Business Acumen:

Execute HR strategies that drive measurable business results

Utilize HR metrics and workforce data to inform decisions

Consultation:

Partner with managers and directors to implement practical business solutions

Education & Special Training

Bachelor’s degree required
