HR, Campus Recruitment Executive (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Support the planning and execution of internship programmes.

Assist with end-to-end internship recruitment, including sourcing, selection and offer management.

Support campus engagement activities and outreach events.

Build relationships with universities, students and alumni.

Coordinate with internal teams on internship and campus recruitment initiatives.

Support projects involving recruitment systems, digitisation, automation and market research.

Assist with reports, tracking and other recruitment administration.

Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
