ROLE


The HR Coordinator will be responsible to provide end to end support for recruitment, training & development, systematic documentation and employee engagement. It is expected from the Coordinator to support the team for smooth and effective functioning of HR operations.


KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Talent Acquisition

  • Proactive execution of recruitment plans

  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

  • Review and evaluate applications as per organisational requirements

  • Coordinate for end-to-end recruitment including screening and shortlisting profiles.

  • Conduct pre-screening interviews

  • Develop and track measurable aspects of the recruitment and hiring process so that the processes are transparent.

  • Systematic documentation of recruitment process

  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions

  • Coordinate in preparing and sending offer packages and completing recruitment formalities as per organisation policy

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment

  • Manage the use of recruiters and head-hunters

  • Manage personal files of staff and consultants

  • Coordinate post joining formalities

  • Processing and keeping the track of LTA and other joining and relocation related reimbursement

  • Support for the statutory Audit

  • Support to maintain time sheet of staff to be charged to the Project

  • Ensure timely completion of appraisal and mandatory trainings.

  • Collate HR reports




Exit Process

  • Ensure exit processes are followed including notification to key departments

  • Ensure the full and final settlement and exit interviews, payroll paperwork are completed.


Training & Development

  • To support identify training and development needs within the organization

  • Orient new joiners about the HR Policies and process

  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual

  • Keep a track of the costs of training programs and keep within budgets

  • Support in producing training materials for in-house training

  • Manage the delivery of training and coordination with different stakeholders

  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met

  • Coordinate the evaluation of training and development programs

  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research and market intelligence.

  • Systematic documentation of all the training and development programs

Other Responsibilities:

  • Attendance and Leave management of all staff members.

  • Assist in preparation of programs personnel budget in consultation with program team and considering the experience and skill requirements for programs.

  • Support for employee engagement activities

  • Support in documentation to meet the audit compliance

  • Any other work assigned by the line manger



Essential Skills


  • Must have good communication skills

  • Calm and mature personality to inspire confidence of employees

  • Ability to coordinate and also impart training programmes

  • Good skills on MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Hands on experience of managing end to end recruitment & training & Development

  • Systematic, self-starter

  • Should be a very good team player

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments

  • Have the ability to maintain confidential documentation

  • Willing to learn and take additional responsibilities.



Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE


  1. Education: MBA (HR) Preferred

  2. Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience, with prior experience in HR operations. Preferably in NGO sector

  • Spoken, reading & written fluency in English & Hindi is essential.

  • Essential computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
