Job Description
- Develop and enhance workforce dashboards, reporting frameworks, and HR analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver regular and ad hoc analysis covering workforce trends, organisational metrics, and key people indicators.
- Manage HR systems data, support data uploads, resolve data issues, and improve end-to-end data processes.
- Establish and maintain HR data quality standards, governance practices, and compliance controls across multiple data sources.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and drive data-related initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualification in Business, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR systems, workforce reporting, or data management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualisation.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, HR master data management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
