About the Role

Cutix Plc is seeking a mid-level HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across its manufacturing workforce, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
• Support payroll by managing attendance, leave, overtime, and related information.
• Handle employee relations and support performance management.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws, HSE requirements, and internal standards.
• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and statutory HR requirements, including pension, NHF, NSITF, and PAYE.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an advantage.
