HR Generalist

How you will contribute:

• Manage HR administration processes for new starters, employee changes, and leavers, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files, including scanning, filing, and GDPR-compliant data management.
• Support blue-collar recruitment activities through interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding administration, and induction scheduling.
• Assist managers with onboarding activities and coordinate employee inductions with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Maintain absence and attendance records, update HR systems and trackers, and produce regular reports.
• Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including arranging meetings, preparing documentation, and taking meeting minutes.
• Support the HR team with contractual changes, HR correspondence, and general day-to-day HR administration.
• Act as a key administrative support resource for the HR team, managers, and employees.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator, or similar support role, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment
• Experience supporting blue-collar recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and communication with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Czech and English are mandatory.
