HR Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
• Coordinate probation, confirmation, performance reviews, and staff exits.
• Support payroll updates and other HR administrative activities.
• Assist with employee engagement, training, and welfare initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• CIPM, SHRM, or other professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and Microsoft Office.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Male candidates are preferred.
