About this role
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college/graduate student to join the North America Residential & Light Commercial Systems (NA RLCS) HR team for the summer of 2024.
The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resources intern, you will gain experience to include, but not limited to, activities and tasks listed below:
- Support broader talent initiatives, including recruiting, training & development, and diversity/inclusion/engagement
- Partner with senior HR and business leadership to lead initiatives that drive impactful business results
- This role will allow exposure to salary, hourly, and union (where applicable) populations
- Lead additional HR projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Behavior, Organizational Psychology or related fields
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
