HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate year-end tax filing and statutory reporting, including IR8A, IR21, CPF and other regulatory submissions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including insurance, medical benefits, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Support employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and employee enquires.
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, and salary adjustment letters.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare regular HR reports.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, training, wellness and process improvement programmes.
- Provide HR operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient running of office operations.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a Generalist role.
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment law and regulations.
- Experience with TimeSoft Payroll System is required. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HR system will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
