- Monthly reporting
Has spent a majority of their career specialising in the field of T&D / Human Capital Development
- Participated in or has driven policy direction within their business
- Well-versed with the current technology in T&D / Human Capital Development
- Well-versed with the current practices in T&D / Human Capital Development
- Well-versed with Leadership quality frameworks, e.g. Hogan Leadership framework
- Strong network of qualified training partners in the areas of leadership competencies
Expectations:
- To provide leadership, direction and management of the existing HR Administrative functions and team
- To work with Group leadership on a strategic road map for Human Capital Development
- To design and implement a Human Capital Development framework premised on only hiring from the bottom
- To hire the right talents/team to achieve the strategic objective
- To drive the HCD framework into the organization
