HR Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing employee operations and Saudi government HR platforms.

The role will be responsible for day-to-day HR transactions, employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding, government processes, and HR compliance in line with Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related transactions.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and related HR processes.

• Handle visa, residency, and other employee government transactions.

• Process HR and employee transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Labor Office, and other relevant platforms.

• Prepare HR letters, certificates, contracts, and employee documentation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.

• Manage and support Mowaamah Program requirements.

• Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.

• Coordinate with employees, management, government authorities, and external stakeholders as required.

• Support audits, compliance requirements, and other HR operational activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on HR Operations experience in Saudi Arabia.

• Practical experience using:

  • Qiwa

  • Muqeem

  • GOSI

  • Mudad

  • Labor Office

  • Other relevant Saudi government platforms

• Good working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance.

• Strong understanding of employee documentation and government HR processes.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR transactions efficiently.
