HR Recruiter

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for BFSI, NBFC, Banking, and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media. You will work closely with clients and internal hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and job descriptions. Your role will involve screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, and shortlisting candidates based on their experience, skills, location, and salary expectations. You will coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth selection process. Additionally, you will manage salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and oversee joining formalities to ensure candidates join within the stipulated timelines. The desired candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably within the BFSI/NBFC/Banking/Insurance sectors. Knowledge of bulk hiring and lateral recruitment is essential, along with a good understanding of job portals and Boolean search techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills are required, as well as the ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
