🎓 Eligibility: Minimum Pursuing Graduation

🔍 What You’ll Do
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks and referrals
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Communicate job opportunities and relevant details to candidates
Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate updates
Support the team in achieving hiring targets
Ensure a positive candidate experience

💰 Performance-Based Stipend
Stipend is based on successful joinings:
0–7 joinings → No stipend
8–12 joinings → ₹3,000
13–15 joinings → ₹5,000
16–18 joinings → ₹7,500
19+ joinings → ₹10,000 + Best Performer Award 🏆
