Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience from the start. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Required Skills: - Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with UK recruitment practices is a plus.
