Required Skills: - Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates. - Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
