Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter who has strong communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (WorkIndia,Job Hai etc.)
  
• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews
  
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  
• Maintain candidate database and tracking sheets
  
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  
• Ensure a good candidate experience
  
• Handle bulk hiring if required
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Good communication skills
  
• Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  
• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment
  
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel/Google Sheets
