HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions, particularly in the non-IT sector. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics. - Assist in mass hiring initiatives and BPO recruitment efforts. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide exceptional service. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in sourcing and screening techniques. - Familiarity with interview scheduling and coordination. - Experience in client acquisition and coordination is a plus.
