Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and evaluate IT and software professionals for technical hiring requirements. Analyze technical job requirements and execute targeted sourcing strategies. Conduct initial candidate screening interviews to assess technical and communication skills. Utilize recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing and hiring effectiveness. Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles.
