What You’ll Gain

Your Role

• Explore and implement different recruitment strategies to identify suitable candidates through social media, networking, offline outreach and other channels.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure each stage of the hiring process progresses smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Support day-to-day recruitment and business development activities while gaining exposure to the wider HR function.
• Work closely with your mentor to develop practical skills, professional knowledge and industry awareness.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma, Degree or ‘A’ Level qualification.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within the HR and recruitment field.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Training and guidance will be provided.
