HR Specialist (Recruitment & Outreach)

This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Human Capital, Operations and Customer Relations Group (OCRG), Division of Strategic Customer Relations (DSCR). As a HR Specialist (Recruitment & Outreach), GS-0201-12, you will serve as a HR Specialist (Recruitment & Outreach), providing a variety of HR services, including management advisory functions in the areas of compensation, recruitment, and placement.

Analyze position requirements and workforce data to develop targeted recruitment strategies for reaching hard-to-reach and underrepresented talent pools.

Conduct outreach with hiring managers, colleges, professional organizations, community groups, and veterans’ organizations to build lasting talent pipelines.

Use digital recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and Handshake, to source candidates and maintain pipeline relationships.
