Job Requirements:
• Source and recruit qualified CDL-A drivers.
Screen applicants through phone interviews and pre-qualification.
Explain company pay, benefits, and job opportunities.
Coordinate the hiring process from application to orientation.
Verify driver qualifications and required documents.
Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Follow up with potential candidates to increase hiring success.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers.
Post job advertisements on recruiting platforms and social media.
Work closely with HR, safety, and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
