HR: Sr. EHS Supervisor 資深職業安全衛生主任(歡迎身心障礙者)

Responsible for managing and strengthening the company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) practices to ensure regulatory compliance, a safe and healthy workplace, and effective risk prevention.
The role serves as the key HSE professional for the organization, covering occupational safety and health, employee health management, workplace violence and bullying prevention, safety training, and related compliance programs. The position works closely with HR, business leaders, site administration and external professional partners to identify risks, implement preventive measures and maintain audit and inspection readiness.

【Primary Responsibilities】:
1. HSE Compliance & Governance
Monitor relevant occupational safety and health regulations and ensure required policies, programs, records and regulatory filings are properly maintained and implemented. Coordinate Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
2. Workplace Safety & Risk Management
Conduct or coordinate workplace risk assessments, environmental monitoring, safety inspections and corrective actions. Support contractor and renovation safety management, incident / near-miss review and workplace safety improvement.
3. Occupational Health & Employee Well-being
Manage employee health programs, including annual health examinations, occupational physician and nurse services, health follow-up programs and psychological counseling services, in collaboration with qualified external providers.
4. Workplace Violence, Unlawful Infringement & Bullying Prevention
Maintain and implement prevention programs and procedures related to unlawful infringement and workplace bullying. Support case intake, assessment, investigation coordination, documentation and follow-up actions in partnership with HR, Legal and external experts when required.
5. HSE Training & Awareness
Plan and manage required occupational safety and health training, including new-hire training, periodic employee training and manager awareness programs. Maintain appropriate training records and completion tracking.
6. Emergency Preparedness & Fire Safety Compliance
Oversee HSE requirements related to emergency preparedness and fire safety, working with site administration and external vendors to ensure required inspections, drills, records and corrective actions are properly completed.
7. Audit, Inspection & Record Management
Maintain complete and accurate HSE documentation and ensure readiness for government inspections, internal audits and other compliance reviews. Track regulatory deadlines, open actions and improvement items through closure.
8. HSE Advisory & Continuous Improvement
Provide professional HSE advice to HR, managers and business teams, identify potential compliance or workplace risks, and recommend practical improvements to strengthen employee safety, health and organizational practices.

⚫掌握職業安全衛生相關法規及要求，確保公司相關政策、管理計畫、法定紀錄及申報作業均符合法規並確實執行。
⚫執行或協調工作場所風險評估、作業環境監測、安全檢查及相關改善措施。協助承攬商及裝修工程之安全管理，以及事故檢討與後續改善。
⚫負責員工健康管理相關計畫，包括年度健康檢查、職業醫師及職護服務、健康追蹤管理及心理諮商等，並與外部專業服務機構合作執行。
⚫建立、維護並執行職場不法侵害、暴力及霸凌相關預防計畫與處理機制。
⚫規劃及執行職業安全衛生相關教育訓練，包括新進員工訓練、員工定期訓練及主管安全衛生意識課程。負責相關訓練紀錄及完成狀況之管理與追蹤。
⚫負責緊急應變及消防安全相關 HSE 管理要求。與行政單位及外部供應商合作，確保相關檢查、消防／緊急應變演練、法定紀錄及改善措施均依規定完成。
⚫維護完整且正確的 HSE 文件及紀錄，確保公司隨時具備因應政府主管機關檢查、內部稽核及其他法規遵循審查之能力。追蹤各項法規期限、待改善事項及相關行動，確保依時程完成並結案。
⚫提供公司專業諮詢，主動辨識潛在法規、健康及工作場所安全風險，並提出具體可執行的改善建議，持續提升公司的安全與健康管理制度。
