Summary
Designs and implements HR benefits automation workflows, tests system enhancements, and documents processes for a Singapore-based HR services firm.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of automation solutions for HR benefits processes.
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Track and report the impact of automation initiatives.
Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and regulatory changes.
Assist with wellness initiatives and vendor coordination.
Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.
