HR Systems Analyst – UKG/Kronos

The HR Systems Analyst will manage and support the UKG/Kronos workforce management platform, handling system administration, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Salary: Up to $140k package

An excellent opportunity for an experienced UKG Analyst to join a well-established organisation on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on systems position within a large People & Culture environment, suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and supporting the effective use of workforce management technology across a complex business.

The role

You will take ownership of the day-to-day support and effective use of the UKG / Kronos platform, including:
  • Provide hands-on support to users and resolve system-related queries
  • Assist with system setup, changes and ongoing administration
  • Maintain accurate workforce and organisational data within the platform
  • Support the effective use of timekeeping, attendance, rostering and scheduling functionality
  • Investigate system issues and work through solutions with relevant stakeholders
  • Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience
  • Assist with system releases, upgrades and testing activities
  • Produce workforce reports and provide meaningful data to support business requirements
  • Partner with internal teams to understand system needs and translate these into practical solutions
  • Maintain user guides and system documentation and provide support and training where required
The ideal candidate
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with UKG / Kronos (2+ years)
  • Experience supporting or administering a workforce management or HR system
  • Strong knowledge of time & attendance, rostering and scheduling
  • Confidence investigating and resolving system issues
  • Experience with system changes, releases, upgrades or improvement projects
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with workforce data
  • Exposure to reporting and analytics within UKG / Kronos
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate technical concepts to everyday system users
