About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about people management and want to build a career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations.
  • Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  • Support performance management and probation review processes.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.


Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of HRMS tools is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (completed or pursuing) is preferred.
