HRBP
Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior HRBP to partner closely with GyanTV leadership and own the people's agenda across organisation effectiveness, talent, performance, manager capability, employee relations and culture.
The ideal candidate is commercially curious, hands-on and able to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
What You’ll Own :
Business Partnership & Organisation Effectiveness
Partner with leaders on business priorities, organisation design, workforce planning, role clarity and organisational challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor while independently assessing people and business risks.
Talent & Performance
Drive talent reviews, succession, critical-role planning, performance management and development.
Identify capability gaps, performance trends and retention risks, and drive timely interventions.
Manager & Leadership Effectiveness
Coach managers on feedback, performance, conflict resolution, team dynamics and employee development.
Challenge stakeholders constructively and strengthen manager effectiveness.
Employee Experience & Retention
Build employee pulse through connects, skip-levels and engagement data.
Identify engagement and attrition drivers and create targeted retention interventions.
People Analytics
Use headcount, attrition, performance, engagement, hiring and organisation data to identify trends and recommend actions.
Provide leaders with clear insights on organisational health and people risks.
Employee Relations & Culture
Handle complex employee relations matters with maturity, confidentiality and sound judgement.
Support organisational changes, leadership transitions and culture initiatives.
GyanTV Focus :
Partner on scaling the organisation, workforce planning and evolving capability needs.
Strengthen performance culture, manager accountability and role clarity.
Proactively identify talent, succession, retention and organisational risks.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP ownership.
Experience with product, content, growth, operations or consumer internet teams preferred.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder-management skills.
Good understanding of organisation design, performance, talent, ER and workforce planning.
Comfortable with people analytics, Excel/Google Sheets and data-driven decision-making.
Strong judgement, ownership and ability to influence without authority.
Comfortable operating in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
