Summary
Leads Ekimetrics' strategic implementation of a new HR Information System (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management): defining scope, budget and governance, coordinating HR/IT stakeholders, managing the system integrator, overseeing design, testing and data migration, and preparing the post-go-live RUN support model. Expected HRIS experience includes SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
Context & Objectives
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall Project Management
• Define and lead project framing (scope, roadmap, budget, governance)
• Build and manage detailed project plans (high-level and detailed)
• Set up and lead governance bodies (Steering Committee, Project Committee, workshops)
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and key decisions
• Ensure budget control and adherence to quality, cost, and timeline commitments
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and reporting
2. Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate internal stakeholders:
o HR teams (HRBP, Payroll, Talent, Administration)
o IT teams (architecture, security, integration)
o Finance / Controlling (if applicable)
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
• Facilitate design and validation workshops
• Manage project communication with sponsors and end users
• Support change management activities across impacted teams
3. Integrator Management
• Act as the main point of contact for the HRIS system integrator
• Supervise and challenge deliverables (design documents, configuration, testing, data migration)
• Monitor service quality and contractual commitments
• Drive functional and technical decision-making with internal stakeholders
• Manage deviations (scope, timeline, budget) and associated action plans
4. Project Delivery Oversight
• Lead and supervise all project phases:
- Design & blueprint
- Build & configuration
- Testing (unit tests, integration, UAT)
- Deployment preparation
• Validate key deliverables at each stage
• Organize and oversee testing campaigns
• Ensure data quality (migration and data reconciliation)
5. RUN Preparation (Post Go-Live Transition)
• Define the support model (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3)
• Organize knowledge transfer from the integrator to internal teams
• Set up documentation and operational procedures
• Prepare end-user support structure (helpdesk, HR/IT support)
• Establish RUN governance (incident management, enhancements, SLA tracking)
• Define and prioritize post Go-Live roadmap
Profile
Experience
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS project management
• Proven experience delivering HRIS implementation projects (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar)
• Strong experience in managing external system integrators
• Experience in HR transformation initiatives
Core Skills
• Strong project management expertise (Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies)
• Solid understanding of HR processes
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience in testing and user acceptance processes
• Knowledge of data migration challenges and best practices
• Understanding of IT RUN and support models
