Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned HSE Lead to drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across aviation infrastructure projects. The role involves establishing robust safety frameworks and ensuring adherence to international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- HSE strategy: Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans.
- Compliance monitoring: Ensure adherence to local and international safety regulations.
- Training & awareness: Conduct safety inductions and ongoing training for project teams.
- Incident management: Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of HSE leadership experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Aviation sector exposure is a strong advantage.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
