Description
- Ensure full compliance with TAQA, ADOSH/ADPHC, and project HSE requirements at site.
- Implement and maintain the Project HSE Plan, procedures, risk assessments and PTW requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations, audits and toolbox talks, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Monitor electrical, lifting, excavation, work at height, confined space, scaffolding and other high risk activities.
- Lead incident and near miss investigations, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and control subcontractor HSE performance, ensuring compliance with approved HSE requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, statistics, KPIs and performance updates, and coordinate with the client and project management.
