環安衛(資深)專員 EHS (Sr.) Specialist

1. Manage and support ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and maintain EHS/ESG-related data and performance indicators.

2. Monitor environmental regulations and ensure compliance with applicable requirements (eg., wastewater treatment systems and operations).

3. Conduct environmental inspections and follow up on corrective and improvement actions.

4. Conduct EHS risk assessments for projects, process changes, equipment, and facility modifications.

5. Review project plans and provide EHS requirements and safety recommendations.

6. Monitor project safety performance and ensure compliance throughout project execution.

7. Identify hazards and implement appropriate risk control and mitigation measures.

8. Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

9. Coordinate and support ISO 45001 internal/external audits and corrective actions.

10. Conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.

11. Support incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.

12. Develop and coordinate EHS training, emergency drills, and safety awareness programs.

13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and safety culture.
