Human Capital Director
Summary
Oversees HR operations for a multinational food production company, leading talent acquisition, culture, and training while aligning workforce strategy with business goals.
Role Purpose :
The primary objective of this role is to manage the various teams within the Human Capital department, including Talent
Acquisition, People and Culture, and Training and Development. Each team is led by a Head of Function who requires
daily guidance, monthly goals, and quarterly achievement targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition: Ensuring all hiring targets and total headcount requirements are met.
- People and Culture: Managing the onboarding process and maintaining a consistent corporate culture across all
locations. This includes overseeing operational policies such as attendance, vacations, sick leave, and loans, while
executing our monthly and yearly events plan. - Training and Development: Overseeing team performance and implementing various training methods to support
professional growth. This also involves managing the company’s monthly and quarterly review cycles.
Qualification ( No Compromise ) :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, or a multinational organization.
- Proven experience leading the full Human Capital function, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Workforce Planning.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, succession planning, talent management, competency frameworks, and leadership development.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR transformation, digital HR initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement projects.
- Excellent understanding of labor law, HR governance, compliance, and HR policies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align Human Capital strategies with organizational objectives.
- Experience developing and monitoring HR KPIs, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, coaching, and decision-making skills.
