Human Resource Analyst - HR Shared Services

We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst to support HR Shared Services, HR reporting, and people analytics initiatives. The role will partner with HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and HRIS teams to deliver meaningful insights through reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and metrics using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and Story Reports.

- Support migration of legacy reports to Story Reports.

- Generate operational reports and workforce analytics insights.

- Maintain and audit employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Support Employee Central data imports, testing, and reporting activities.

- Create and distribute HR reports within defined service levels.

- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

- Update SOPs and support special HR projects.

Required Skills:

- 812 years of experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, or HR Shared Services.

- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and Story Reports.

- Knowledge of Workforce Analytics and Employee Central.

- Experience with Power BI and HR dashboards.

- Exposure to ServiceNow HRSD reporting is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.

Education:

- Bachelor's/PG degree required.
