Human Resource Coordinator

Kidwell is seeking a motivated and detail- orientated Human Resource Coordinator to join our growing data center team. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to support labor coordination and daily data center operations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for driving operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate leased labor to support daily data center operations.

- Monitor timekeeping accuracy, including missed punches, corrections, and discrepancies.

- Prepare and maintain weekly per diem reports.

- Coordinate site transfers

- Support new-hire orientation and onboarding processes.

- Maintain accurate labor tracking and workforce reporting.

- Assist leadership with workforce forecasting and process improvements.

Do You Have What It Takes?

- Experience in data centers, technical operations, or administrative roles preferred, but not required.

- Ability to learn quickly, adjust processes consistently, and keep up with a very fast pace

- Background in project coordination or workforce management is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office 365.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

- Experience with UKG or similar workforce management systems preferred.

- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
