Human Resource Executive (Banking, Employee engagement)

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and people-oriented individual to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture.

Contract: 6 Months
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary up to $5000

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet, email campaigns, and social platforms.
• Develop communication materials to promote HR, learning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, townhalls, and corporate events.
• Coordinate communication campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Produce basic visual and marketing content using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Provide administrative and project support for HR, learning, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, internal communications, marketing, employee engagement, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
