Human Resource Manager

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3. Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

4. Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR best practices.

5. Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes.

6. Hands-on, execution-oriented, and willing to actively manage day-to-day HR operations.

7. Experience in retail, consumer goods, or multinational organizations is preferred.

7. HRIS implementation or transformation projects

8. Labor relations and compliance management
