About the Role

YellowDoor Hotels is seeking a performance-driven Human Resource Manager to lead its people strategy by building effective hiring frameworks, driving accountability, developing talent, and ensuring high organizational performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive consistent and measurable results across departments.
* Build and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefs, assessment frameworks, interview structures, and candidate selection.
* Develop onboarding and talent identification systems to accelerate the growth of high-performing employees.
* Partner with department leaders to strengthen workforce planning and employee performance.
* Promote a high-performance culture through effective people management initiatives.

Requirements

* Proven experience in Human Resources management.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, and performance management systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.
