Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leader to build a positive and inclusive culture
  • Drive the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to HR-related enquiries.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and maintain attendance and time management records.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and policy interpretation.

  • Support and implement annual corporate HR processes including performance calibration, engagement initiatives, talent management & learning, and compensation cycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing HR processes, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, and supporting Lean or process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, including headcount, turnover, training, attendance, and other HR metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Partner with managers to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resourcesand or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration, time attendance systems, and employment legislation.
  • Experience in employee relations and implementing HR programs.
  • Experience participating in or leading HR process improvement initiatives is an advantage.


Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Oracle, UKG)

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Open to continuous learning, ongoing organizational changes, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Working Conditions

  • This role is 100% onsite @ Kallang Sector
  • Working Pattern: 5-day work week; 9.00 am to 6.30 pm
