UBE C1 Chemicals America is building a new, state of the art Dimethyl Carbonate / Ethyl methyl Carbonate production plant as a tenant in Waggaman, Louisiana. We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner that will work alongside the operations team and will be a champion of change management & organizational development. The HRBP will play a key role in aligning business objectives with employee management and talent development, ensuring the company’s culture, performance, and compliance standards are consistently upheld.
