Responsibilities:
- Partner with site leadership to design and execute workforce planning strategies that support operational growth and headcount requirements.
- Lead complex employee relations investigations and conflict resolution processes to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
- Drive organizational design initiatives by analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities to improve team structures and operational efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management cycles for senior-level staff.
- Collaborate with global HR centers of excellence to implement standardized policies and localized engagement programs that improve retention and employee satisfaction.
