Description

As a Human Resources Coordinator (HRC), you’ll play a vital role in creating a workplace where employees feel supported, informed, and valued. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted HR role where no two days are exactly alike. You’ll wear many hats across the employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, employee relations, benefits, compliance, engagement, and retention.

You’ll serve as a key resource for employees and facility leadership while using HRIS and other technology every day to manage timekeeping, reporting, recruiting, personnel records, and other HR processes. You’ll help lead the hiring and onboarding experience, coordinate orientation and continuing education, support open enrollment and benefits communication, participate in employee investigations, and assist leadership with employee relations and performance matters.

You’ll also have the opportunity to make a direct impact on employee engagement and retention by building relationships with team members, participating in recruiting events, conducting interviews and exit interviews, and helping create a positive workplace culture. From maintaining confidential personnel records and preparing HR reports to supporting labor management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, your work touches nearly every aspect of the employee experience.

While the HRC primarily works in an office-based HR function, they are also an important part of our resident-centered community. HRCs may assist with customer service and interact directly with residents and families, as well as participate in Guardian Angel Rounds to connect with residents, listen to their needs, and help ensure they have a positive experience. This provides an opportunity to step outside the office, build meaningful relationships, and see firsthand the impact our employees have on the people we serve.
