Human Resources Director
You will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, and support teams through change. You will advise on organizational design, diagnose complex people issues, lead HRBP work, influence decisions with data, and manage a team of HR business partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies
- Connect client groups with People Team centers of excellence
- Advise on relevant and consistent UK people policies and practices
- Lead a team of HR business partners
- Advise on organizational design
- Support leaders and teams through organizational change
- Diagnose people and organizational issues
- Recommend practical solutions
- Use data and judgment to influence decisions
- Partner with People Team functions to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead talent planning, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, succession, engagement, and organizational change
- Improve HRBP tools, standards, and ways of working
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders
- Knowledge of UK employment law and practice
- Experience running disciplinary processes and collective consultations
- Organizational redesign experience
- Strong organizational design experience
- Change management experience
- Ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders
- Ability to diagnose complex issues and make recommendations
- Ability to use data and insights to guide decisions
- Strong HR functional knowledge across talent management, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, engagement, culture, leadership effectiveness, and risk
- Experience managing or mentoring others
