Note: This position is offered as a 1-year contractual role with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
Unleash your Potential
As a Human Resources Executive, you will take the lead in shaping our talent journey from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and beyond. You will manage job portals, craft hiring documentation, prepare insightful reports, and ensure smooth audits. Plus, you will play a key role in employer branding and talent attraction activities, helping us build a workplace where great people thrive.
You will play an important role in:
A. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewal, and separation.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements and documentation.
Prepare standard HR documents and maintain accurate employee records.
B. Recruitment Support
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities (e.g., interview coordination, documentation, onboarding preparation).
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring documentation.
Support employer branding activities such as career fairs, engagement initiatives, and university collaborations when required.
C. Compensation, Benefits & Employee Support
- Assist in administrative processes related to employee benefits (e.g., SOCSO claims, insurance coordination).
- Support employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
Act as a first-level HR contact for employee queries and basic HR support.
D. HR Governance, Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, labour law, and RBA standards.
- Prepare accurate HR reports and maintain audit-ready records.
Support continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.
E. HR Projects & Initiatives
- Support HR projects, company events, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role (fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure may be considered for contract roles).
- Basic understanding of labour law and HR practices is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
