Qualifications
You’re an Ideal Candidate if you have:
● 1 year+ experience in any field.
● Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
● A strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
● The ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a proactive approach.
● Basic understanding of HR principles is an advantage, but not required.
● Unique and innovative perspectives with a drive for excellence.
