About the Role

Pivotage Consulting is seeking motivated graduates for its 12-month rotational programme, offering practical training across recruitment, employee relations, HR consulting, performance management, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Assist with training programmes and performance management.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support background checks, employee verification, and compliance.
• Participate in HR consulting and employee engagement projects.
• Analyse workforce data and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of work experience in any field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles is an advantage but not required.
