At Carrefour, we are looking for proactive students, with excellent interpersonal skills and a great desire to learn, to join us as an Intern in the Human Resources team at our headquarters in Alcobendas.

We have vacancies in several areas. Learnings:

In your day-to-day, you will be able to support the HR team in some of the following tasks:

Talent Attraction: Active collaboration in the management of recruitment and selection processes.

Employee Life Cycle: Support in the management of hiring, contractual modifications, registrations, terminations, and endings.

HR Analytics: Monitoring attendance control, absenteeism, and other key indicators (KPIs) of the department.

Development and Wellbeing: Support in the management of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), training plans, and administration of employee benefits.

Undergraduate or Master's student in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or related degrees.

Possibility of signing an internship agreement with your university or school.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.

Familiarity or basic knowledge in the use of CRM / Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Proactivity and initiative: We are looking for someone with energy and the ability to propose ideas.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and contribute in a cooperative environment.

Communication and sociability: Excellent communication skills, as you will be in constant interaction with multiple departments and employees.
