Human Resources Intern

Objective:

The HR Intern will gain real life experience while making an impact by working on projects that support our mission of helping farmers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support in recruiting activities for various locations
• Help to develop an exciting internship program as well as new-employee orientations
• Assist with the various projects as directed by VP Of Human Resources
• Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the Human Resources team

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or something similar
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Great communication skills
• Excited about AI and new technology

Work Environment
