Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and talent management. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field and is eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
This role offers exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle while providing meaningful opportunities to contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Help coordinate onboarding activities and new hire orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Support employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects related to process improvement, training, and talent management.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and HR-related documents.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
- Previous internship, administrative, customer service, or office experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting platforms.
- Interest in recruiting, employee relations, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
