Your HR Learning Plan:

As part of our team, you will immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a leading Human Resources department, gaining practical experience in:

Talent Acquisition: You will learn how to conduct selection interviews, detecting candidate potential and learning the keys to attracting the best talent.

People Analytics (HR Analytics): You will train in monitoring and analyzing personnel expense indicators, understanding how people management impacts the business.

Labor Relations (RRLL): You will be the support point for employee assistance, resolving real questions regarding vacations, regulations, and daily inquiries, developing a close and human vision of management.

HR Administration: You will master the essential administrative processes that ensure a large organization functions efficiently.

We are looking for university students who not only have the theory, but want to put their skills to the test:
Students of Psychology, HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
It is essential to be currently studying and able to sign an internship agreement.
Interpersonal Skills: People who enjoy direct interaction and communication with others.
Leadership and Adaptation: Ability to move with agility in dynamic and changing environments.
Teamwork: A desire to collaborate and contribute ideas in an environment where everyone counts.
High level of English
