About the Role:

One HR Hubs client is seeking a seasoned HR professional to elevate our team and drive our people strategy to new heights. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for excellence in human resource management and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire HR spectrum, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development and employee relations.
- Partner with department heads to ensure the alignment of HR initiatives with the hotels strategic goals.
- Lead efforts in employee engagement, retention, and training, fostering a culture of excellence and luxury service.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Spearhead initiatives that promote a positive work environment and reinforce the hotel's reputation as a top employer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Khmer is highly desirable.
