About the Role:

One HR Hubs client is seeking a seasoned HR professional to elevate our team and drive our people strategy to new heights. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for excellence in human resource management and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire HR spectrum, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development and employee relations.
  • Partner with department heads to ensure the alignment of HR initiatives with the hotels strategic goals.
  • Lead efforts in employee engagement, retention, and training, fostering a culture of excellence and luxury service.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Spearhead initiatives that promote a positive work environment and reinforce the hotel's reputation as a top employer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Khmer is highly desirable.
